Distributors/ Dealers/ Resellers will be responsible for purchasing Tactics SOG products or services and reselling on to end-user customers. The transaction is between Tactics SOG and the Distributor/ Dealers/ Reseller. Unless otherwise requested, there is no interaction between Tactics SOG and the end-user.
Successful completion of the appropriate training program will be required, in order to equip the partner sales and technical teams with the skills necessary to sell Tactics SOG products and services.
A dedicated partner-manager will be appointed to manage relationships and will help in planning strategy, sales, liaison, enablement, and go-to-market activity.
The Distributors/ Dealers/ Resellers will be responsible for the demand generation activity and for driving demand across their customer base or target market(s). Marketing support will be provided by Tactics SOG in order to support this demand generation activity.
The Distributors/ Dealers/ Resellers are responsible for enhancing customer relationships and differentiating the partnership from the competition.
Alliance partnership with Tactics SOG can be diverse. We aim to work with partners on a collaborative basis to achieve a wider market and solutions beyond our own portfolio, Each party should be able to recommend or endorse each other’s products and solutions or support with a specific service wrap.
System Integrators (Sis) who wish to integrate Tactics SOG products into their own solution to create a unique product of a wider solution. Generally, the SI transacts with the end-users for the services, with Tactics SOG transacting the product sale and the specialist implementation work. In the event that Sis wants to resell, a formal training program is required to be successfully completed.
A joint effort to generate demands will be established through a managed program that will drive the creation of opportunities and demands across the target market(s).
